Terms of Sale
Version 2026-09-19
These terms apply to orders placed through the ZeroError website. Please read them before ordering. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
ZeroError is the trading name of Iosif Andrei Braisteanu, a sole trader registered in Ireland (Registered Business Name No. 793236), based in Athy, Co. Kildare, Ireland. Contact: contact@zeroerror.eu, +353 87 220 7317. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.
2. What we sell
We provide website design and build, managed web hosting, ongoing website maintenance, and related IT services. Each package is described on the shop and, where relevant, in a written quote.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euro (€) and are final (no VAT is added). Hosting is billed yearly and maintenance monthly, as shown at the time of order. Website packages are shown as a price range and are quoted individually after we agree the scope.
The price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to that order.
4. How an order works
Placing an order is a request, not an automatic contract, and no payment is taken at that moment. We review each order and confirm it. The contract is formed when we confirm your order (and, for website work, when you accept our written quote).
After confirmation we issue an invoice, which you can pay securely online (card, via Stripe). For recurring services (hosting, maintenance) an invoice is issued each billing period.
Deposits. For some work — website projects in particular — the invoice may let you pay a deposit (typically 40%) up front and the balance when we confirm the project is finished, instead of paying in full at once. The deposit confirms your booking and covers the work we begin on it. Once we have started work at your request, the deposit is non-refundable and is not returned if you later cancel, except for the part not yet performed or where the law requires otherwise (see section 6). The balance becomes payable when we tell you the project is finished, by the due date shown at that point. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
5. Performing the service & timeframes
Once your order is confirmed and any required content, access or payment is provided, we begin work. Indicative delivery times are shown per package; specific timeframes for website work are set out in your quote. Hosting and maintenance start on activation and continue until cancelled.
6. Your right to cancel (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. The period runs from the day the contract is concluded (for services). To withdraw, tell us clearly before the period ends — by email at contact@zeroerror.eu. We will refund payments received within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method.
Services started at your request. If you ask us to start a service during the 14-day period and it is then fully performed, you lose the right of withdrawal. If you cancel while the service is still in progress, you must pay for the part already provided, in proportion to the total.
Custom work. Websites built to your specifications are made to order; once work has started with your agreement, they may not be eligible for withdrawal.
7. Recurring services & cancelling them
Hosting and maintenance renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time for the next period by emailing us; the current paid period is not refunded once it has started, except where the law requires otherwise. On cancellation of hosting we will help you move your site and data to another provider.
8. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate billing details, to provide the content, materials and access we need in reasonable time, to have the right to use anything you send us, and to pay invoices by their due date. Late or missing materials may delay delivery.
9. Complaints, disputes & law
If something is wrong, contact us first at contact@zeroerror.eu and we will try to fix it quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. As a consumer you can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Your data
We process your personal data to handle your order and provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
